    Fraser Mercantile Building


    Located off of HWY 40 in beautiful Fraser, CO sits the old Fraser Mercantile Building built in 1904. Since being built the building has had a variety of uses; now it is used as a Thrift Store, and also houses the beautiful paintings and art gallery of Elizabeth Kurtak.

    We not only enjoyed restoring the foundation by raising the building to create a solid level foundation. But we truly enjoyed getting to know the owners of this incredible historic monument to the Frasier community. The couple understands the value of hard work, commitment, and truly being meticulous in each task.

    Every building is different and brings on its own set of challenges. But at the end of the day we are so thankful to have saved yet another Colorado Historic Building.
